Hey Tick (eww)! I am getting a Nightster as well. Rode a '79 XLS back in the mid 80's then had/raised a couple of kids so we sold our bikes. Our kids are in college now so we are getting back to our old lives.
I have ordered an '08 Vivid Black and they are putting the Forward Controls on for me before I pick it up. I am 5'7" and everyone I talked to suggested I get them. Am going to look at black pipes next - but nothing loud!
My husband bought an '08 Fatboy right after Daytona and we both realized that we both like to be the one in control! No big surprise there for most of you guys I'm sure!
