Hi, great forum!! Lots of good advice and helpful people. I bought my first Harley Sept. 2, 2005. It is a 2006 RKC. I got back into riding 3 years ago after not riding for 16 years. I have owned a Yamaha 650, Honda V30, and V45, and my most recent bike was a Vulcan Classic 1500. Well, I thought I might as well get what I always wanted, after all I was 51, the paycheck was steady, and my girlfriend loves traveling on two wheels as much as I do. Life is Good. I managed to log 3000 miles on my new ride before putting her up for the winter here in Michigan. Man what a great bike, feels like it is glued to the road, unlike the other models I have owned. I am Impatiently waiting for the salt to clear, and the temps to move into the 40"s. Looking forward to many years of brotherhood with the Harley family.
