TurkeyRun, I'm in Far North Queensland about 2,000 miles north of Sydney. Overall, not the best roads, (there are some really good ones, though) but great riding weather all year round. Fair bit of rain in summer from December to about now, but even if you get caught in it it's certainly not cold, withdaytime temperatures around low to mid 90s."Winter" up here is thebest when you get endless clear, cloudless days with morning temps. around 60 - 65, but by mid morning always around 80. There's an active HOG club that I've had a little to do with and a bunch of other guys always keen for a ride. Some very scenic country.
