I read them and if its a question posed by a new memberwhich would be more appropriately placed elsewhere I send them a pm, which they will hopefully find helpfull.
This area of the board is only intended for greeting new members, not for instance for answering questions about how to fix a problem with a specific model, there are other areas of this forum designed for such questions.

Good some people do pay attention kudos to you that actually read these before just saying hi. I only was checking because a lot of have Questions and sometimes nobody even attempt to answer them they just welcome them as if they were going down a list and welcoming people.
