Benvenuti!! I was stationed at Aviano Air Base, in Friuli for the last 4 years!! I miss Italy alot, great place to be, maybe when I retire I'll move their. If you need anything PM (private message) me. Are you going to go to Fokker-see in Austria next year? I wish I would've....

My wife and I were in Italy the first part of November. Loved it. Explored Florence, Rome, Naples and Palermo.
I saw only two Harleys during that week, both parked with massive chains locking them down. Vespa's and other scooters seemed to outnumber cars 100:1.
With gasoline being about $8.00 gallon over there, your new bike will soon pay for itself in fuel savings (ha ha).
Oh, and you're NEVER too old to start riding.
