New owner/rider; inherited Harley

RE: New owner/rider; inherited Harley
I've always wanted a Harley. However, I always said I'd get one before I turned 40. I'm 36 now. And I always thought I'd be riding alongside my Dad, instead of without him. But to be on his bike will be a great honor.

Sorry to hear about your dad. Take good care of the bike and hold onto it for as long as you can. I lost my dad when he was 59. It was tough but it did open my eyes to how short we are here. I was like you and was waiting to get a bike. A year after he passed I bought my first Harley and have been riding ever since.

Sorry about your Dad, having lost my father several years ago, I can certainly relate. Take the MSF course, it will serve you well, then ride safe & often, I'm sure your Dad would want that.
