Default may move up to larger Harley

I have been riding a HD sportster 883 for about 1 1/2 years now. This is my first Harley after several years with no bike. Prior I had several Japanese motorcycles in the past. I find myself wanting to move up to a larger HD now. Any suggestions for me? I am not real sure of the differences except looks. Most of my riding would be in and around town area and rural roads (my favorite). I really like the looks of the Softtail Night Train. Ideas please? I am 66 years old and in my second childhood with my 883.

Go with the Road King or Road King Classic. Comfortable touring bike that can strip down to a sleek ride by removing the windshield. You've got both worlds covered.

Welcome to the second round. I'm 62, bought an 883 this spring after 40 years of not riding. Moved into the Dyna Low Rider at the end of July. It's up for sale and I'm headed towards the Road King because I have been doing longer distances (1-2,000 mile trips). Looking to go further next year.
Like it's been posted, try them all. The Dyna is very comfortable and does distance well, but it's not a touring bike.
Have fun looking.
