RE: New Member from Tulsa, Okla..
thanks all, kirbygirll, 10 degress!! guess I better stop complaining, but its headed here, I think were supposed to be in the teens sometime next week..harleywood, I like the 2-1 pipe, I think the original buyer was planning on upgrading the motor so that's why the pipes. When I got the bike it came with a SE big bore kit, new, still in box, and already had PCIII installed. not sure if I'm going to sell the big bore kit or install it. Bike had 4800 miles on it when I bought so I will probably ride it for awhile before I make up my mind. I just bought a black Fatboy Aniversary front fender for it and I really like the look of the Road Glide with that fender installed, seems to fit the frame mtd. fairing.
thanks for the welcome everyone..
I all most forgot, got to go to Route 66 Harley here today for their party, free food!!..

Hi from the midwest! I just signed up today, and am in the same boat as you. I will be taking delivery of my new '06 Heritage Classic in April, after 20 years of no riding. Good luck, ride safe and watch out for the idiots!

Yeah, we all went through a cold-snap---but of course it's always colder in KS because that arctic air has to come across you guys to get to us!
LUCKILY, the Deluxe was at the dealership getting the 5K service and the Stage One upgrade! I left her there a couple of extra days due to the minus windchill factors (I'm either chicken or smart---I say smart!). We have a slight warm-up now (high of mid-40s) and I'm TOTALLY enjoying the extra power from the upgrade!

Cool!
Purchased my first Harley when I lived in Tulsa. The dealer I cannot remember was in Brookside on Peoria just north of the Camalot. Is that place still standing?
How is Tulsa?

Hey Steve, welcome! Enjoy that new ride.
Hopefully you get to ride more than we do here in Indiana, thanks to the winter weather here.
Have fun and post often!

Welcome to the forum from Louisiana. Great looking bike. I know what you mean about the aggressiveness of drivers, I wish everyone esp non-motorcycle owners had to take a motorcycle safety course, then they would understand or at least better.
Ride Safe, Ride Often and Surf when ever you can.
