Harley newbie
I've been riding many years, always metric bikes. i fell for the chatter that most Harleys could be found parked at the bar or on a flatbed tow truck. Last summer 3 work buddies rode from Virginia to Montana. 5k miles in 10 days. Justin's 2016 Street Glide performed flawlessly. Hmm, those Harleys always look & sound great. i wonder whats for sale on Craigslist. That's when i found a 2007 Road King Classic that had been sitting for >5 years. So much chrome was hiding beneath the dust & rust. Took it home in April, replaced the battery and it started right up! Wow, that rumble sounds great. i love riding this thing. i think i need a newer one.
That brings me to this morning. Im sitting on a train heading to NJ to pick up a new to me 2020 FLHP. Nervous that i only had 5 grainy pictures to judge the bike, but I won the auction. Its like Christmas morning not knowing what im going to get

Welcome to the HDFORUM.
I hope you continue to enjoy your ride here, as much as you enjoy bikes.
Only as a suggestion, by me as a USER just like you, create a signature line similar to my one line on my bike information.
The year, model, and all the letters Harley assigned to the bike. It will appear at the bottom of your post.
Doing this will be helpful if you ask a question. All Harleys aren't the same with many changes and variations over the years.
Of course, you can add it to any thread with a question.
You can also add any other details you choose and a favorite picture to the signature lines that will appear once every page length of your post in a thread.
If you like, you can also add another favorite picture for an Avatar you see at the top left of all your posts.
