i get my new hooker troublemaker pipes installed monday along with a sert will i notice a big difference

You should have a noticeable difference in the way the bike runs. HDs are set very lean from the factory. There is also a rev limiter built into the stock EFI map. With the hookers, you'll notice more noise, but even if you just use a simple Stage I map, your mixture will be richened up and the rev limit will be raised to 6200 rpms. It should run a lot better from midrange on up to top rpm. Once you get a different air cleaner on it, you'll notice a nice power increase.
