going Dutch
#16
Hello everyone, and greetings from Holland (not Michigan ),
I am nearing 60 and still riding my 2004 Night Train softail, slightly customized. I haven't upgraded to a newer model for several reasons: not enough money, and this one suits me just fine. I bought it new. Took possession of it on Valentine's Day 2004, and must have done everything right the first thousand miles because the engine runs as smooth as you could wish for.
I ride alone because wife and dog don't want to climb on. Instead I have mounted a box behind my solo seat so I can take with me whatever I need to work on my boat. I wouldn't want to miss either one.

Welcome to the forums and I ask a favor. You ever go through Amersfoort stop by the Brutus and tell Dagar the owner one of the crazy Americans he put up a few days says hi.
