Have your battery tested it may gone bad they don't last for for ever 3 to 5 years is about all you can get. Make sure he checks his charger and its working properly

Hi, the charger is fine, the battery is charging, going to run it to the HD shop saturday so they can check the battery is holding charge, bike is 15 months old so battery should be fine, neither hubby or i have any mechanical knowledge either but we do appreciate all the advose given thank you x
