too Frickin cold to ride so....
I am here! New Harley owner, looking to pick up what I can. Been riding here in SW Ontario, Canada for 41 years now..... But, like I said first Harley. Bought a 2003 HD RoadKing to get me a feel for em!
Looking forward to learning from you folks.
New to me!

nice!
I remember the winter of '72 when I had wrecked my Fiat sedan and had to get around town on my Kawasaki 175 Scrambler. We had heavy snow that year and I rode my Kawasaki to work and back through the snow for weeks... 2nd gear, both feet on the ground like skids, slogging along at slow speed.
It went well, biking through the snow covered streets, until I eventually ended up with pneumonia. After I had recovered I bought a '55 Chevy for $150 bucks. It had no A/C, the heater didn't work, and the old box vents were wide open to the incoming air since the flipper vent doors had long been removed from breakage. I stuffed some small throw pillows in the box vents and drove around in my winter parka with a wool blanket over my legs.
Those were the good old days!
Moral: Cold weather is for hot coffee and a warm fireplace. Wait until Spring to ride!
