So, credit approved sweet interest rate and off tomorrow going in to take the plunge. Im a worrier been researching all types of bikes for weeks comparing prices and performance etc. I always wanted a HD but I grew up riding 1000cc sport bikes, being 45 with back issues that is no longer an option. I loved the denim red street bob I saw always like bobbers but also like a softail slim I saw because of the larger fuel tank and running boards on it the previous does not have. I would like to take a couple long trips to the black hills or west coast a couple times on the bike but its going to mostly a commuter and weekend 4hr ride type of deal. I am a teacher so during the summer I have all the time off in the world to ride this bike, any tips would be helpful.
No regrets whatsoever. Love it and I expect you will too.
Enjoy and be safe!!!
