Hi, just joined up. I'm an old hand at Harley's, especially police bikes, but I have been away from motorcycles for a while. I have owned 4 police Harley's among the many bikes I have had over 45 years of riding, including a 1978 74ci FLH police, a 1986 FXRP, a 1989 FLHTP and my latest find and current bike, a 2013 FLHTP with 14k miles, purchased this week at a Sheriff's auction. I have a thing for police bikes because I spent 12 years as a cop (35 years ago) four of those on police motors. The 2013 and the big, modern Harleys are new to me and I don't know a lot about them so I will be reading a lot around here. Thanks!
Thanks one and all for the warm welcome. Not too warm in Oklahoma today; 31 degrees and a 40 mph north wind, but 85 by the end of the week. Look forward to interacting with the membership!
