Near the end of model year, some of the stealers in the area are willing to barter a bit - if you're serious and willing to walk out if they don't. Lately, Waugh's out on Rt-20 in Orange, has had adds in the Freelance Star saying no set-up, no destination charges "on select models." Sounds like a place to start. If it's good on select models, you can probably work some kind of deal. I've heard good stories about Waugh's - but have only been out there to visit and buy a part or two.
East Coast, Dumfries, might deal, but only if you've got your ducks ina row regarding what you want and what you are willing to pay. Patriot, Fairfax, might also deal, either negotiating prep/destination fees or providing store credit or accessories.
As you may have garnered from the HDF, most stealers are pretty hard-azz since they think they are the only one in town with the product. Good luck getting the deal you're looking for. PM me if you want added info.

Well I picked up, well later this week, a 2007 Dyna Wideglide. They gave me a deal I just could not pass up. I bought the Suede Blue Pearl and Vivid black with profile wheels. Now to spend the $750 gift card they gave me.
