I test rode the Street Bob, Wide Glide, V Rod Muscle, and Night Rod Special. I didn't really like the Street Bob, but it was the very first cruiser I'd ever been on before too. I'm used the high rpm's of a sportbike and was surprised how quickly I had to shift. Compared to the Street Bob, I really liked the Wide Glide. Much more comfortable and easier turning I thought. I like the V Rod Muscle's engine, but the seating position was really uncomfortable. The Night Rod Special was actually my favorite. Much more comfortable than the Muscle, and it rode a lot like my FZ. As much as I liked it, I don't think I would buy one though. I'm looking for something different, and not the same bike in a different package. I was hoping to ride a Fat Bob, but there wasn't one available. The ones I've sat on seem pretty comfortable, so right now the Fat Bob and Wide Glide are at the top of my list.
