if you were closer i would have def given you a hand fix it up .. but 5 hrs is a bit long drive for me lolol

hard to tell from the pix really
but i know for sure your headlight is pushed to one side , thats an easy fix
just loosen the nut under the eyebrow and align light then retighten it
the wobble in the front end ,
youll need to fix the new lower tree, it may have twisted a bit , or the forks are out of alignment
or maybe the rim bent a little , maybe jack up the front and check the wheel if it wobbles when u spin it??
not really sure its not easy to tell from fotos
the rear is def twisted - either the fender or the struts as u say. should be easy to man handle the struts back into place , with a
pipe an some muscle..
