This is the part that is removed from the FLHX when the Stealth Luggage rack is installed. It's basically just a chrome tube that connects the left and right side struts.

If you have installed the Stealth rack and no longer need the removed part, let me know. I have an '04 EG and installed the FLHX rear fender/LEDand license plate relocation/bullet turn signal kit that moves the license plate under the tailight; same as the FLHX. I'd like to get rid of the stock support tube. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know if the stealth rack can be used with the detachable tourpac or does it interfere with that.

 

It will work. Look at page 423 of the 2007 P&A catalog and the Stealth Rack is shown with the passenger quick disconnect backrest installed and the hardware for the two-up detachable luggage rack installed. I don't have the Stealth rack on my bike, but I do have the two-up detachable and there are no clearance issues presented by the Stealth rack and the two-up detachable rack.

 

It will work. I have the stealth rack and a detachable tour pak on my '05 screamin eagle electra glide. The rack is pretty useless but I really like the look of it.
