I have one from a 2004 heritage. It was bumped in the rear so there is some slight kinking on the sides where it bent in up near the struts. I was aqble to staighten most of it by hand. I would take $20 plus actual shipping cost, just to cover the gas and hassle of packing and getting it to the post office. Let me know.
