I am in the process of blacking out my 2009 street glide. I thought that if i had enough black, the chrome exhaust would be a nice contrast and look alright. Now having second thoughts and am thinking i should go with black exhaust. Anyway, i have rinehart extreme true duals with the 3.5 inch mufflers. I bought them new and they have been on my bike since august of last year, so less than a year. I love the look and sound of this exhaust so i am looking for someone who maybe has the same thing in black that they may want to trade. I am however open to offers. FYI...why not keep your Rinehart exhaust & get it powdercoated or ceramic coated black...?? Had my entire FLHX exhaust (header to pipes) coated for $160. Much cheaper than new system...JMO.

I have read the powder coat can't handle the heat. But you have to get them ceramic coated. I have also seen where guys get them sandblasted and use the High temp paint..I actually did a touch up on my exhaust with the paint where they got scraped and you can't even tell.
