Looking for a 09 exhaust with no cat for 08 ultra.
Doesnt have to have heat shields, or mufflers.

 

Have you looked at cutting out the cat? There are some threads about this. I have an 09 rk with cat, am buying some dresser Duals, but I think I might try it when removed. My heat shields are screwed up. Don't know your situation, but if you might be interested let me know. I would let them go really cheap.

 

I think the upgrade might have a different length than rk, but look into the cut.

 

Here is the situation,
My father has a 08 ultra. We want to put the newer exhaust on it to deal with the heat issue and the performance of it. I did a search and found out you can use a 09 exhaust as long as it is from a touring frame.
We would also need to replace the oil pan.

 

I have a new catless 2009 head pipe part # 66848-09 still in it's box. I also have all the right side heat shields if you need them. Replacing the 2008 with the 2009 is done a lot. Not hard to do. Plenty of instructions on-line. Send me a PM if interested.
