I have part # 53276-04 tour pack rack.
I used it on a 99 flhtc and my 07 flhx.
I do not have the docking kit.

Thanks guys, got a rack for $105, and docking kit for $25. But not any of the above, post them in Touring for sale, I'm sure they'll go quick.
