WTB: anyone have a razor tour pack they would like to sell??? i have an 07 pewter denim street glide so it would b nice to find one that is already paint matched, but for the right price i would buy a different color and have it painted myself. BTW i tried 2 post this in the want to buy section but it would not allow me 2 post on that forum

This may be a little off topic but it's related. I got the chopped tour pack for the "look", but it's really too small for me, the razor is even smaller. The only time I use it is on long trips, when you can never have too much storage space. Just a consideration.

 

Yeah IMO the razor pack is pretty worthless, a lot of money for nothing, it might carry a pair of gloves...... Get the chopped!

 

I disagree that the chopped is too small - Wife and I have made two coast to coast and the chopped worked out great - for us...

as far as finding a used pac - try some of the online dealers 20% off and often free shipping..

 

Razor- looks

Chopped- looks and somewhat functional

King- touring

Same $$$$$$$

BTW, I have the chopped. I thought I would use it more than I do. Main reason why I bought it. I hardly ever have it on my bike. Just like the look of the solo seat without any clutter. If I had to do it again, I think I would get the king. Same money for more space.

Figure out what your really going to use it for and make a decision.

I even had mine up for sale or a while.

 

I moved your thread to the WTB section but I don't know if you will be able to post or not. At least it's in the correct area and you can pm any of the members who have info. I agree with the several members who have the chopped tour pak. I've had mine for over ten years and have never had a problem. You can't carry a helmet in it like you can the King but everything else sees to fit fine. Mine comes off very easy if I want the quick "sporty" look.
