You have probably seen this but there is one here of the part number you are looking for.

Here's one like I have in a box in my garage. This eBay posting is not mine but fits 07 Touring. I have one off of a 2007 SE Road King @ 500 miles. I don't know what the difference is in the two part numbers or fit.
