If no one comes through for you, I have listed the pn#'s and MSRP of what you need. You can always get them at a 20% dealer. I put on a 2-1 so I have the tab 65619-98 laying around in my garage, but I don't have any of the other. Used to have the flat piece, but I sent that to somebody already.

i might have it im gonna look. im am parting out a 1989 flht i think it might work. according to the part numbers you would only need the bracket tab
