Hey Guys I have checked the for-sale section and found nothing, but I'am looking for a OEM seat off your Roadglide for my 08 Street Glide.

I have a seat off my 08 Road Glide that I will sell. It has been re-shaped (thinned) a little on the nose by a local upholstery guy. It is not a noticeable difference. If your interested, I'm in Chicago area. Send me PM and I'll get back to you.

 

I have a stock 2008 SE Road King seat I used for my wife. It's wider the the stock S/G seat, wife liked it better. It also looked better than the stock seat.

 

I want a full-size 2008 or later EG seat to replace the somewhat inadequate RG seat on my 2008 RG. They reversed the hole and tab for 2008 and later bikes, or I would have used the EG seat I had on my 2000 RG (the stock 2000 RG seat was a terrible seat).

 

I tried to reply to your question about the Street Glide seat, but the reply was rejected on the basis of your mail box being full. You need to delete some (maybe all) of the messages you have accumumlated.

In any case, I said that the Street Glide was not significantly different from the RG seat with respect to width, padding etc. so that would not work. I need a seat off of an Ultra, Classic, or Standard EG.

 

Hey Tedcmiller, you are correct I need to erase some messages. I was keeping some of them for reference, and then it just kinda got out of control! HAAHAH Thanks for the reply... and good luck with your search, hope you find what you are looking for, there seems to be a lot of seats out there of all different shapes and sizes!
