42665-03 Fwd control brake pivot bushing.

I need the pivot bushing for the brake pedal on my 06 Street Bob with forward controls. Zanotti's does not have it and HD has it back ordered with no estimated date of arrival. It's a multi-fit item that is used in the HD factory forward control kit.
