Looking to buy a seat for my 2006 Street glide, stripper,sidekick, one to used for riding in town...thanks

 

Does any one know if other bike seats fit my 2006 streetglide, someone said that roadking seat might fit...thanks

 

all big twin seats> touring will fit your streetglide. but they have to be 07 or earlier, i got a streetglide seat that i'm taking off soon as the roadglide seat arrives that i just bought, but the 08 will not fit your bike. the tongue in the seat nose is the difference. one type, 07 and earlier had the tongue in the seat pan. 08 and newer use a female to accept the tongue that is in the frame. just so you don't get the wrong one for your bike. good luck.

sidekick seat is cool it rest real low just barely touching the bottom of the tank console I have it on my bike. I like it for riding around town sucks on super ling trips though esp. for the pass.

So Jim, do you think that if one were to add a tongue to an 08 frame that an 07 seat will fit. Did I get that right?
