Just drop the "1" at the front (apparently that's a quirck when copying the Zanotti's check-out page) and you get the correct part number. As for "lights," it includes everything except bulbs and lenses.

It's the same light bar that HD uses on the SG (which has LED's to light the license plate below the bar) and included in the relo kit you see on the back of my bike.

 

They're similar, but the SG includes LED's to light the license plate when mounted below the tail light.
