I'm looking for a King Tour pack for my 07 SG, Black Cherry. Detachable kit etc...... also looking for lowers, vented. A color match would be nice but not a requirement. Nothing damaged. Western Washington.

I was doing the same thing as you untill I started pricing everything out including paint. It is just about the same price to buy new from Chicago HD as it is to buy used and then have it painted. Now if you get lucky enough to find one that is already your color with NO damage then you will probably be ahead. Look at ebay, people are paying as much or more for used ones than what I paid for one from CHD. I think the solid colors without pinstripes thru CHD are about $560 and mine was $599 with the pinstripe. That is still $150 cheeper than any of my local HD shops would sell me one. Check it out, you might be surprised. Hope that helps some! Bryan

 

A few weeks ago I was shopping for a tour pack for my '07 Standard and found a smokin' deal on Ebay with the docking hardware and rack. All the stuff was new ~never installed ! Just my 2 cents ,but sometimes you can get lucky, I did .

 

PS : Paid $530.00 + shipping and was painted my color { Vivid Black } already !

 

Joe, still looking for lowers? A friend of mine totaled his 07 ultra but the lowers were not on it at the time. They are in excelllent shape black in color. If you are still interested send me a pm. I guarantee that the price will be better than anything you find on e-bay!!
