I'm not sure, but I might have what you need.
I just bought a 2001 Deuce. The guy I bought it from had adapted a quick-detach seatrest to fit it. I say "adapted" because I'm told there is not a model made for the Deuce. The guy told me he got one off a softail and then modified the Deuce struts installing the bosses so the seatrest would fit. The seatrest/sideplates have not been modified in any way.
The seatrest I have is complete with the backrest. I do not think there are any HD part numbers on it, but I will check tomorrow morning (I work midnights) and I will let you know.
Drop me a response with your email address and I will send some pics along with measurements.
I'd be intersted in $85 plus shiping from Orlando if you think they are what you need. I am not using it, I went back to the stock seatrest/luggage rack for the Deuce.
