I see the leather tour packs listed on OfferUp pretty regularly.
If you don't know about it, OfferUp is an app where people post stuff to sell, sort of like Craigslist used to be.
You can sort by your location.

 

Couple years ago I went and bought a bunch of manuals for my bikes off ebay less than $50 shipped. they were little older, but 2011 has probably changed hands by now too. They looked unused.

You may have to search for couple weeks, but I suspect you will find one mint and cheap if you wait.
