Hey I know this thread is old but did you mean you were going to put Fullsac baffles in a stock cvo muffler? Interesting. If you could do that, I wonder what the performance would be vs the Khrome works or the Fullsac mufflers?

 

I’ve got the 2 inch baffles in my stock 05 Ultra (with a big sucker and a fuel moto micro tuner). Having fun with it!

 

Just bought a 2020 CVO Limited and I’m thinking this may be my only exhaust option here in CA. I had Fullsac cores in my 2012 CVO Road Glide Custom and they sounded pretty good. It was a lot less expensive than slip-ons and was fairly easy to do.

Edit: just read that Fullsac does not ship to CA so I appear to be stuck with stock.

 

I do, but they are in a set of CVO cans...Im in virginia...
