Default Dual Front Rotors required for 2005 Dyna...

I'm in the process of installing dual front brakes on my 2005 Dyna FXD - I have everything except for 11.5" front rotors. FL series caliper/rotors will work up to 2006. Low mileage preferred. Please PM me.

Shiny side up!

Johnny, aren't you using Vrod/Touring Brembos...yes? If so, you need 11.8 (300mm) rotors

Hey Brother, yes I was but changed my mind as both the M\C and lines are DOT5 rated and since I found a matching caliper here I can avoid any cross contamination and possible seal issues.

Ok, but be aware as to those "2000-07 Touring" Cals...HD started using DOT4 in 2005-later Touring. So if they are 2005-07 cals they have been running DOT4.

What's the # in the small circle on the back?

...that caliper sold, but I found another under Ebay from a 2006 Electra Glide, stamped 05 on the back - $55.00 USD ($72.00 CAD) including pads and expedited shipping. I'm assuming that any DOT4 residue that might be remaining should be flushed out thoroughly before installing...
