I've been searching for rim hoops like the photo below. 16X 3 or 3.5"
They have the round profile. I haven't had any luck. The regular stepped rims are easy to find.

Perhaps my only resource would be direct from HD?

I have those rims now, but they have some rust in the valley. The goal is to re-lace my existing hubs with new hoops and stainless spokes and make an attempt to seal 'em so I can run tubeless tires. I've researched this and it appears to be do-able

Or...
If anyone has a set of take-offs from doing a wheel change, I'm a buyer. They have to be in new or nearly new condition.
