Looking to buy a 1 bike trailer capable of hauling a 12 street glide. What size works best? Can I fit it into an 8 footer?

8ft should work as long as it has good spots to hook the straps too. If you going to tow it regularly put the loops in the floor of the trailer to make it more stable.

You do know that u haul rent's bike trailers right? They are pretty nice. I know you said buy but unless you are towing it all the time sometimes it makes more sense to rent.
