i have a 2006 street rod with 38k on it. recently when i am on the freeway doing say 65 plus the engine light will come on and stay on until i slow down off the highway. i don't notice any change in performance but would like to know if anyone has any ideas to make it stay gone. thank you.

 

go to 1130 forum and get the instuctions for reading the codes it is also in your service manaul. it sounds like a alternator issue to me.
