Default V Rod Slash Cut Exhaust Looks great but doesn't sound great

For a 2005 V-rod with the stock Slash cut exhaust. I think that the stock pipes look great but the exhaust sound is a little dull/could be louder. The Screamin Eagle pipes look exactly like stock and sound great but they can be a little hard to find and expensive too. I have done the V mod cut which is a hollowed out stock muffler which sounds good but can be a little on the loud side. I am just looking for exhaust suggestions of what others have done. Thanks.

V-mod has a series 2 Muffler that has a baffle and tones it down a bit. I belive they can rework you mufflers

He already has his mufflers V-modded, so drilling holes is mute.

I have owned this 2005 V-rod for 5 years since it was Brand New. I love the bike but it has to go because we have a new baby and we need something more practical. I will definitely miss it!!! Only 779 miles. I paid $18,000 for it then I put another $2K in very tasteful mods and bolt-ons. So I have $20,000 invested. I am selling it for $15,000. It is in Showroom condition.
