I just purchased this ‘03. Getting delivered tomorrow. Also noticed not many post on the VRSC. I’m thinking about 2 into 1 and possibly an intake.

I snapped a pic of this VROD when I got to the gym a while back..My buddy is in the market for one so i sent it to give him some ideas..I really like what they did with it. Kinda looks like something Batman would ride.

Sorry I got here late, my o4 had a 3.2 gallon tank, 32 mpg, so 70 miles and you are looking for gas. I hated that.

Also the bare aluminum rims need sealed, Suposedly brake dust will eat them up fast.

Ok good to know. It’s a 2003 with original factory wheels, 11000 miles still in mint condition.

I love my 2007 Night Rod. My Dad gave it to me last year, as he decided his riding days were over.

It says Harley Davidson on the side, so it's a real Harley, a real fast Harley.

What’s the future parts availability look like? I have a 72 shovel and can still buy every part, Nut and bolt for that bike. What about the VROD?

Where’s a good place for aftermarket parts? I noticed JP cycles for early doesn’t have much.

Any and all thoughts welcomed and appreciated.
I just found the VRod forum. www.1130cc.com

They were and still are exceptionally popular in Europe. They have a huge following and great customisation theme going on over there. Here are 'his and hers' versions and a 'slightly' chromed version I spotted at Hamburg Harley Festival last year.
