This Bad Dad wrap around 23" fender is for touring models 2000-2013. The fender is pre drilled and comes with both chrome and polished 1" mounting brackets for stock lower legs. These brackets will not work with Ness Hot legs, PM lower legs, or QAmerican Suspension lower legs. I can get you brackets that will work with those legs for $99 more if you need.
