sorry Steve, the dyno tuner i use is super busy... had over 35 bikes in front of mine alone and that was hopping me above several others... i hope to have it back Fri, last time he had it for 2 weeks... but since the ground floor for the tune was in there already he feels that the change with the pipe, intake, and injectors should be a pretty easy dial in process...

Well I was hoping we would see some kind of figures today....Oh well. It's cool Joe, I too understand the waiting part.
I'm going to port and polish mine and was waiting to see to what the numbers are in the increase/improvement you get.
My friend is building his flow bench this week. So it should prove to be interesting to say the least.
I am hoping to get 110hp, out of the 96, so we shall see..............

Steve if your buddy has a bench flow ill send you out one of our TB for testing if you would be interested in running it!?
well.. the numbers on the dyna are in! went from 88 TQ and 94HP to 103tq and 98HP... gained 15tq!!!! this sucker is going to be so much fun to ride... did not hit the 100 mark but the 15 gain and 4 on hp made all the work worth it... pick her up Fri morning!!!
the tuner said that he was VERY VERY impressed by the numbers on the TQ side and did say that he feels that was mostly to do with the better flow though the tb... so that was nice to hear... steve if your willing man would love a bench flow test

Pretty interesting Joe ... above about 2,800 RPM the new build starts to walk away from the 'dip' in your original graph ... opens up the usable torque quite dramatically at 3,424 RPMs as illustrated by the tuner (97.93 Ft-Lb vice 83.82 Ft-Lb torque) ...
... although at 3,400 RPM in 5th gear, I am doing about 80 MPH ... (at 2,800 RPM, I am doing about 65 MPH) ...

Outstanding numbers! I recently installed a Dales Killer Carb on my Low Rider. He does a very similar port and polish job to carbs that your guy did to your T/B. I don't have any dyno sheets to back up my claim, but there is a considerable power improvement..... no question. So whatever the porting masters are doing, its working wonders.
