Drew, Here's a pic of a stock 2011 Fat Boy Lo with the ABS. It looks like it is right in the place the cooler is supposed to go.
Can you check with them and see if it will fit?
By the way, I looked at the 2011 Fat Boy's and it is in the same place as my 2012.

I called about the UltraCool today and they said they are releasing a new model for the 103's and 110's called the "Reefer" Chrome cover, 2 fans, more heat exchange area. $499.

No test data yet.

My '11 CVO Ultra is hot for sure.
