Eric that's a great idea! I've got the stuff (just came through the post) to fit my quick detach sissy bar on my street bob, and I'm definitley thinking about doing this, thanks!

These are from Garage Leathers, I know some members have use the Big Bad Dyna Bag on a 2010-11 Wide Glide with no mods to license plate, it's a snug fit from what they say but it works. I was getting ready to pull the trigger on one of these, but I really like the look of the bag in the OP post. Hopefully they can figure out one with straps, I do not want to bolt on to my strut. I like the look of the strut covers, and don't want to fool with them. http://garageleathers.com/bags

There's also a member on here - HDDyna2006, that makes solo bags and several other members have raved about them. But I haven't seen him post out here lately....

Default solo rack

I hesitated but purchased and installed the solo rack.
The look grows on you. kind of military style.
I have the Danny Gray solo big seat and want to get a small solo bag to mount for the weekend rides.
I don't like saddle bags but need enough room to store food ,gloves,
extra gear, rain gear on my longer weekend rides.
Plus with the rack I have the option to go 2 up.
The solo rack is a very well built and must add to the rigidity of the rear.
Had to remove the shocks to lower the tire away from the signal light bolts to get the bolts out.
No biggie new shocks comming this week.
I looked at them solo bags but not enough storage for me.

Here is a pic of my new solo bag. I went with a solo bag from badgcustoms. Perfect fit and quality.

Can you talk them into making a bag that's a perfect fit for your battery box while your at it? One that's only 2-3 inches deep?
