I can confirm the fit. 09 RG with a 13" Dark Gray Cee Glide and love it. Some of the coolness of my old 12" KW with a ton more protection. The KW still has the looks, but not the function. The quality of the shield is 2nd to none. Hope to have updated shots to share soon.

Thanks for the review and pics, Dog.

I've got a 10" Windvest coming for my 2009 SERG, which is replacing my 12" KW. It's going to be my everyday shield, and I figure I'll see how it is for 2 up, but I'm guessing I (or rather my BSR), would be better off with a larger shield for long trips.

Cee Baileys is what I would want, but their choices of styles and sizing is a bit confusing....any idea how your 13" is for 2 up?

I ask, but from your sig pic, I'm guessing you don't ride 2 up.

The 15" dark smoke is installed in my pics. I love it. Perfect fit, very thick, excellent finish on the shield and on the edge. Thumbs up!

What throws the sizing off is the 10/11 customs. They sit 1" lower in the rear, Fairing is raised almost an 1" and the seat seems to sit you bit lower than 09 and earlier. When dealing with a custom you can get a way with shields 2-3" shorter than a stock 09 or earlier. Now I do sit a bit lower and back thanks to the C&C seat so I could get away with a 13", but the wind at the top of my head tells me a passenger may not be too happy unless they had a full face helmet on. If you want complete protection and comfort for the passenger a 5' 11" person like myself on an 09 or earlier would go 15" just to be sure. At that height be careful of the color because you might be looking a the edge of the shield. I'll check that out tomorrow to see how 2 more inches would effect my line of sight. Right now the 13" gives me plenty of clearance. Also I am hunched just a bit due to the stock bars. Someday I'll sit up and then line of sight will be even better. BTW had I not gone Cee Bailey I would have gone WV...probably 14" since they don't have a 13".

The 15 is tall but I gotta say riding with it most of the winter, I love it! Really keeps the wind off ya! (Iam 6'4) Iam thinking if picking up a 12 for the summer. By the way that 13 looks great!
