Hey Leo, it's just a suggested height for bikes with original seats. This will of course vary depending on the rider.

Suggested Sizing is for most average body builds on the original seats. Riders that are caught in between sizes need to determine torso, posture and neck considerations for best results. It is always better to be on the next shorter size when ordering dark gray or opaque black, (Must clearly see over the shield)
