Shotgun Shocks Customer Service - Review
JD You blow me away!! If the stealers gave customer service like you do they'd be rich(er)!
I have loved the Shotgun Shock since I put them on, The extra height is what I needed for these New England Rough roads, I have stopped losing metal on the corners and them combined with Ricors in my front end I can out ride many sport bike riders

I put a lot of hard miles on my 01 Fatboy (18,000 last year) and had just got back form a very wet Trip from Boston to NJ and back
On Tuesday I sent you a note that my shotgun shock was not holding air. No questions asked you said "send it back I'll fix it"
My concern was that I am in a bike show next weekend, You asked for my shipping address to send the RMA UPS label
At 5pm Friday UPS shows up with a whole shotgun shock setup
At 6:30 I had the shocks installed and I can already tell the difference in the speed and the stiffness at full height
At 7:30 I had pulled them again and got the new pump installed correctly (The new pump setup IS much better and will lift me on the bike)
By 8:30 I am ready to ride my Memorial Day weekend will be Memorial AND I am ready for the Bike show next week
