I am not 100% sure but I think the zumo 550 does not broadcast the XM in stereo, nor does the Blueant interphone accept stereo signals, your best bet would be to use the audio out port and stick a stereo bluetooth adapter on it.
From there if you had a Camos unit you could pair the audio adapter (from the 3.5mm out) to the Camos and have the GPS commands and XM going in STEREO to your headset. The Camos units kill the Interphone in terms of the stereo sound quality. It is my personal favorite.
