Just released -- saddlebag LED Latch Lightz™ are a direct replacement for the saddlebag reflectors on OEM Harley-Davidson® hard saddlebags.

Utilizing 81 super bright, dual intensity red LEDs per unit, these Saddlebag LED Latch Lightz™ provide enhanced side visibility to make you safer on the road. Available with a Red or Smoked lens, the Saddlebag LED Latch Lightz™ come pre-taped and include a plug and play wiring adapter. You will need to drill a couple of holes to route the wires cleanly, but installation is not overly difficult. Check out the videos below!

Latch Lightz™ are available on our website, www.customdynamics.com, and through your local Drag Specialties dealer! You can get them for 2014 and newer Touring bikes, 1997-2013 Touring Models, 2010-2013 Street Glides and Road Glide Customs, and 2009-2013 FLHXSE, FLTRXSE, FLHRSE models!

I got a set of these and they are pretty cool. Install is pretty simple unless you screw something up yourself. Don't ask me how I know...

took delivery of a pair of Latch Lightz and Sequential Low Profile BAGZ both in Smoked, over this side of the pond

was as impressed with the final result and ease of instal,
as I was with the great customer service given by Claire(Custom Dynamics), who answered a ton of questions on a planned shopping list I have for my bike

Have to say it was pretty scary wielding drills on denim painted bike parts!

VERY IMPRESSED with final result, makes riding in the dark much safer!

 

After you drill the holes do they get sealed up somehow?

 

on the LATCH Lightz : you cover them with the LEDs (its for removing the reflector), and then a rubber grommet provided (goes through saddlebag to route the wire out)
on the rear BAGZ : none, all wiring is external

 

I have all but the latch lights. It’s the drilling that gets me so far.

make sure you put the latches on something soft and non scratching while you drill. Clean the area down, once you've drilled your pilot

bending out the reflector takes a little force... just take your time
