How about offering a 10% discount on ALL orders in the time period you mention instead of limiting it to forum members only?
I've got no dog in this fight and I really don't feel like arguing, but your complaint reminds me of the guy who fails to read the instructions, f*cks up the assembly, then blames the manufacturer. Perhaps others will disagree, but IMHO this thread has been very conspicuous from day 1. I don't see why the company should be faulted for your mistake. Certainly correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm guessing your plan is to publicly shame the company hoping they will roll-over and grant your improperly requested discount. Frankly, I'd have more respect for the company if they told you to pound sand.

This post has been on the first page of the Vendors classifieds since it was posted and never fell below the top half of the page, I checked it every morning to ensure that.
It was intended for forum members because the HDForums and members have been good to MCC and in return it was a little way of saying thank you for the 12 years of support that we have been on this forum.

We are limited to where we can post on the forum by forum rules of being a paying vendor. We can only post in the vendor classifieds. If we were to put this anywhere else(web site) then non-forum members would be saying they are forum members and there is no way to check this. If it makes you feel better then blame us for you not knowing but it has been posted on the vendors classified page and hasn't been off the first page since it was posted and has never fallen off the first page. We cannot make people read each forum daily or look past the first 2-3 post but I can assure you it NEVER fell to the "back" of the forums.

Just got my seat scheduled. They are running about two weeks behind right now ie I need to have my seat there by 16th for work to start on the 17th.... Great Service by Lori.

I got my seat back from MCC today and what from little I was able to ride today, they did a fantastic job. The seat is better contoured and it doesn't seem to create the hot spots the OEM padding did after even a few minutes in the saddle. The jury is still out on the pillon seat as the missus declined riding today. Thanks MCC!
